The standard processing time for all purchases is 2-3 business days(excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

For an additional fee, we do offer expedited services which will reduce processing to 1day, meaning your order can ship the next day.(temporarily unavailable)

Processing times includes inspection, washing, preparation, and packaging as well as the time it takes for your payment to clear before shipment. It does not include the delivery time frame. Processing times are in addition to the chosen delivery options and do not include holidays or weekends. Please plan accordingly.

Expedited processing is not available for customization services such as weft sealing and custom clip-ins. Those required a minimal of 2-4 business days to ensure they are properly done.

Please note, these time frames can vary during high volume sales. However, we will make it a point to communicate any and all delays.

Shipment Timeline:

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout and only that email; Please make sure the information provided is correct at checkout. A second email will let you know that your order has finished processing & is ready to be shipped; This email will also include your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to show. In some very rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us or the chosen delivery service after the estimated delivery time.

 

Currently, all orders are shipped using United States Postal Service Priority Mail, UPS ground and UPS Air. Shipping rate varies based on the shipping destination.

All First time buyers will require a signature upon delivery.

For our International customers

Orders shipped outside of the U.S. will be subject to customs fees or duties. These fees are not included in the price of goods you purchase from our website and are not included in the cost associated with shipping and are the sole responsibility of the customer. As a matter of good faith, We decrease the value of the package by 50% meaning if your total order is $500, the customs declaration will state $250. Your package will be subject to holding and potentially being returned to the sender if fees are not paid for its release. Please consult with your local customs agency for more information prior to ordering.

Shipping and Billing addresses may vary but will also require a signature. We will not ship to PO boxes.

(1) Packages sent the an incorrect address or unable to be delivered.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he has entered the shipping address correctly at the time of checkout. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence why there is a very small time gap to cancel. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to the address submitted with your order. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse. The items will be restocked and you will receive a refund, inform of store credit, minus the cost to originally ship the package and return shipment.

(2) Any delays in deliveries, lost or stolen packages once tracking has been updated to accepted by the courier.

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact USPS or UPS directly, they most likely have more info than us and can resolve by locating the package. If problems continue please contact us so we can expedite the process of possibly recovering your order. We can contact the courier to initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost in transit a replacement may be sent pending the investigation's conclusion. We cannot send a replacement package or issue a refund once delivery has been confirmed.
